Originally from the state of Michigan with a Master’s in Health Informatics, Beni moved to the West Coast to pursue his IT career. However, life had other plans!

After leaving the healthcare industry, Beni found himself returning to his first job from way back in high school: Jewish education.

In addition to Hebrew teaching, Beni along with his soon-to-be-wife, Whitney, are the co-founders of Ahava Northwest a Jewish dating and matchmaking service serving the greater Pacific and Inland Northwest region. They also host Jewish singles events in the Portland, Oregon area.

When he’s not working, Beni enjoys skiing, gym time, saunas, cooking meals with his air fryer, volunteering as an event medic, and hanging out with the family dog.
